During his career, Patrick Helmer has directed the entitlement, development and project management of more than $500 million in commercial, mixed-use and single-family properties. Mr. Helmer held various senior sales management positions at Textron Financial Co., an $11 billion diversified commercial finance subsidiary of Textron Inc. Prior to that, he served as a National Sales Manager for IndyMac Bank, where he worked extensively to build the company’s brand and provide construction programs for developers, builders and manufacturers – thereby generating $50 million in new business during a down market. Earlier, Mr. Helmer managed Home Depot’s national construction loan program across the Southeast, tripling loan production for the region during his tenure.
